01How does a project start?

We begin with a short call or a written brief about your goals, your audience, your current website and any systems it needs to connect to. I then send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost, and work starts once you approve it.

02How do you price a project?

Pricing depends on the scope: the number of pages or templates, the features, the integrations and the content involved. After our first conversation you receive a written estimate covering scope, timeline and cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

03Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. My portfolio includes live projects for businesses in the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden, as well as India. We work together over email, LinkedIn or video calls, and I keep you updated at every stage of the project.

04Can you connect my website to my CRM, ERP or other tools?

Yes. I connect websites and stores to CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, WhatsApp and email platforms through their APIs, or with automation tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier. The right approach depends on the systems you use, so we confirm it during discovery.

05What happens after launch?

I test the site before go-live and stay available for fixes after launch. For ongoing work such as updates, security housekeeping, backups and new features, I offer maintenance and support arranged around what your site needs.
