01How does a project start?

We begin with a short call or a written brief about your goals, your audience, your current website and any systems it needs to connect to. I then send a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost, and work starts once you approve it.

02How long does a project take?

A focused business website usually takes 1–2 weeks. Larger websites, online stores and projects with integrations typically take 2–5 weeks or more. The proposal includes a timeline with milestones, so you know what to expect at each stage.

03How do you price a project?

Pricing depends on the scope: the number of pages or templates, the features, the integrations and the content involved. After our first conversation you receive a written estimate covering scope, timeline and cost before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

04Should I choose WordPress, Shopify or a custom build?

It depends on what you sell, who manages the site and how much it needs to integrate with other systems. WordPress suits content-rich business sites, WooCommerce and Shopify suit online stores, and React, Next.js or a custom application suits unusual workflows. I explain the trade-offs in WordPress vs. Shopify for growing businesses and recommend one during discovery.

05Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. My portfolio includes live projects for businesses in the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden, as well as India. We work together over email, LinkedIn or video calls, and I keep you updated at every stage of the project.

06Can you connect my website to my CRM, ERP or other tools?

Yes. I connect websites and stores to CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, WhatsApp and email platforms through their APIs, or with automation tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier. The right approach depends on the systems you use, so we confirm it during discovery.

07Can you improve my existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. Many sites only need performance work, layout fixes, technical SEO or a few rebuilt sections. I review what you have first, and if a rebuild makes more sense, I explain why before you decide.

08Will my website be mobile-friendly and search-engine ready?

Yes. Every site I build is responsive and tested on phones, tablets and desktops, with clean page structure, metadata and image optimization in place from the start.

09What happens after launch?

I test the site before go-live and stay available for fixes after launch. For ongoing work such as updates, security housekeeping, backups and new features, I offer maintenance and support arranged around what your site needs.
